Booking & Policies
- Booking Information:
To book your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Please book in advance to secure your slot.
- Lash Policies:
1. Deposits & Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
2.Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations result in a loss of deposit.
3.Late Arrivals: 10-15 minute grace period; late arrivals may result in a shortened session and still being charged.
4.Refunds & Fixes: No refunds for services rendered. Complimentary fixes for excessive fallout within 48 hours.
5.Foreign Fills: Fills from another artist may require removal and a full set. Please send photos before booking.
6.Clean Lashes: Arrive with clean lashes; additional fees for cleaning if lashes are dirty.
7.Guests & Children: No extra guests, including children, allowed in the studio.
